Wedding Packages
We offer three tiers of service so that you can tailor to your needs. Because every wedding is different, these packages act as a starting point—we build a bespoke quote for you based on your venue and specific requirements.
Tier 1: DIY Dry Hire
Best For:
DIY couples who want to hang aerials themselves and use floor statement pieces to anchor the room.
What's included:
• Streamers including hanging pack (clik magnets and white loop line)
and/or
• Tabletop and floor disco ball clusters (sizes from 15cm up to 50cm)
Note: Dry hire only - disco balls must not be hung and are strictly for floor/tabletop use in this tier. Collection and drop off in Liverpool for larger items. DPD for streamers only.

Tier 2: The Managed Install
Best For:
Couples with a clear vision who want us to handle the heavy lifting and rigging. Build your own decor wishlist from our catalogue of hire items.
What's included:
• Any aerials (streamers, chandelier)
• Disco Ball installations (up to 20 disco balls including one XXL ball with spotlight and motor)
• Any of our statement backdrops
• Cake/ champagne or guest book table

Tier 3: Full Creative Design
Best For:
Couples needing a little more guidance on styling and decor. We do all the heavy lifting from styling to installation. Includes any of our hire items plus; table decor and/or custom builds based off our creative vision we build with you. Plus recommended suppliers for floral bouquets and stationery.
What's included:
• Everything in Tier 2
• PLUS table styling (linens, candles, fresh seasonal bud vases) and/or custom builds
• 2 design meetings & custom moodboard

Something else...?
All our packages are designed to be bespoke to you and your venue. BUT! If you have different needs, other cool ideas or want to plan for something extra (we love extra) then get in touch and we can work something out.
Just please be aware we have a minimum spend of £800 during peak season.
Outside of peak season (April–September), you're welcome to hire individual pieces on their own — no minimum spend required. Browse our catalogue to see what's available.

The Process

Step 1
Choose which tier suits you and your budget. Take a look at our catalogue to see which items you like, add to your wishlist and send off to us for an accurate quote.
Design intro on Teams (Tier 3)
Step 2
Receive your quote based on your venue and requirements then secure your date with a 25% deposit.
Design consultation and moodboard (Tier 3)
Step 3
Logistics and venue coordination check-in (all tiers).
Final Design catch up (Tier 3)
Step 4
Final check in and remaining amount due one month prior to the big day!
